After making Judge Minty, we were asked by Judge Dredd co-creator John Wagner if we would consider tackling one of his other strips, Strontium Dog.
We agreed, to see if we could up our game. Like Judge Minty this was all self-funded, but was an interesting project to see what we could achieve from scratch and try to bring Carlos Ezquerra's designs to screen.
As well as doing the majority of the VFX with some model and animation assistance, I also created the 3D model of the lead character's helmet to be 3D printed by prop maker Daniel Carey-George of Planet Replicas.
